PB Banana Bread Smoothie

Prep time  |  Freezing: Not recommended Yield 2 cups (500 mL)

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) milk (dairy, rice, almond, soy)
1 ½ bananas
¼ cup (50 mL) Adams® 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ cup (50 mL) Greek yogurt
1 ½ tbsp (22 mL) agave syrup or honey
Cinnamon to taste
2 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Thin with additional milk if desired.
